Hi,
Thanks for your replies....
My computer recently had a virus. My AVG detected the virus but couldn't
remove it. Therefore, i went online to scan my computer, i used Bitdefender
online scan which is free, it found the virus and it first disinfected it
then deleted. When that was successfull, i rebooted my computer and each
program that starts up in the system tray, the same message always shows as,
" This application has failed to start bercause mshovy.dll was not found.
Re-installing th application may fix this problem." This message shows up
either when i open Notepad, or calculator or any program. But each program
stills opens after i click on OK when the error message comes up.
I've scanned my computer for malware using malwarebytes program and still
same problem comes up.
