Reg DXTMETA2 DLL in Vista 64 system

I create Stationery, as a hobby.
M Question is, is there anyway to Register DXTMETA2 DLL to the 64 bit
system.
I have it installed in My 32 bit Vista Laptop.
But am Unable to get it to Red in 64.
