I'm getting an error message when launching Sony Vegas Pro 9.0, saying
that this is corrupt or missing. I see different versions on my
computer, and one person had success in making them all the same
version. But when I try copying one to the c:/windows folder, after a
few seconds it changes back to the old one. What do I need to do to
prevent that? My thought is that's the one I should change, as the
other ones are newer and in the Scanner's folder, so I figure are the
correct ones to use.
Or, any other suggestions as to what's going on with Sony Vegas giving
this error and not launching? Another person posted on several sites
that she resolved it by changing the WIA service from Auto to Manual,
but I tried that, to no avail.
