Did you do an Internet search for it?
Sounds like you are infested with malware to me.

Re: oxugoguta.dll
I have searched this on the internet but couldn't find anything about
it. I have scanned my computer and there is no spyware nor virus.

Check this out:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&sour ... f&oq=&aqi=
If that had been a valid .dll, there would have been many more hits! The
reason you see it is because your PC has been hit by malware. You need
to scan better.
Also, when you post here, please remember the more information you
provide, the quicker you will get a solution. Include details such as
the various prorgams you used to scan your PC for malware (and whether
or not they had the most up-to-date definitions loaded), Service Pack
level, and whether or not you have the most recent Windows XP security
updates.
