I have decided to share the solution
As i explained before.... I had a problem in a crash of a file named
grooveutil.dll
as far as i know for now It is a file related to (group chat or for
Chatting purposes)
Anyways, I have Microsoft office 2007 installed on my computer. This
File (grooveutil.dll) is related to Microsoft office groove 2007
I had to uninstall (Microsoft office groove 2007) (alone-no need to
uninstall all of Microsoft office 2007), after wards the Error of
crashing disappeared ^_^ and Windows live messenger Worked like a charm
So whoever Faces this problem just try uninstalling the part of
Microsoft office Groove utility and hopefully it will work fine
