First, note that you are asking a question about Office in a Windows
XP Newsgroup. Please, ask your question in an Office newsgroup, rather
than here. You are much more likely to get the help you need there,
since that's where the Office experts hang out.

Second, when you do ask, be sure to tell them what version of Office
you are asking about, and also tell them exactly what happens when you
try, including the exact verbatim text of any messages you get.

Actually since the OP is using the System Builder CD the OP IS the system
builder. Probably using the wrong license key for the product.
