usifabizagovagif.dll

WinPatrol has just alerted me to the fact that H:\WINDOWS\usifabizagovagif.dll wants to be added to the Startup group.

I can find no information about this dll, and am obviouly wary about allowing it.

The dll is 166KB and was apparently created on 4 August 2004, and last modified on 13 April 2008.

If I reject the request, it just pops up again a few minutes later, and I am unable to delete it using Windows Explorer, presumably because it thinks the file is in use.

Anybody know exactly what this dll is, and whether I should delete it (and if so, how)?
